    I just bought this app from appstore, and it's saying network ok. not connected to tradeoffnew. I am in canada, using 3gs. I have sent 3 emails to support@tradeoffnews.com with my device ID so far, I have not get any respon yet.

    We have not received any emails from you. We respond to a support email usually within an hour.
