I have purchased StockAdvisor from iTunes store. Once installed the application remains at "Authenticating" without any further activity. Do I have to do anything to get it to access the server?
There could be an issue with your network path. Please send me your Device ID by clicking on the Serial number of your device in the iTunes program. A larger should should appear.
